Linda Kobler is a pianist and harpsichordist who has performed in the U.S., Europe, and Canada. She is also an educator who was a member of the Music History faculty at The Juilliard School for seven years, and taught at The New School and Brooklyn College. In 1998 she migrated to online teaching, pioneering the field by designing one of the first web-based music courses in America.

Currently Linda Kobler teaches online at colleges and universities across the U.S., maintains a private piano and harpsichord studio, and teaches Secondary Piano at Mercyhurst University. Her students have performed as concerto soloists and recitalists on public radio and in community concerts, in the U.S. and abroad, and have won many local and regional competitions.

Ms. Kobler holds degrees in piano and harpsichord from The Juilliard School and Peabody Conservatory of Music, and did doctoral work in historical musicology at City University of New York.
